... Oh and by the way, telling the truth can sometimes be utterly stupid, so don't. Or don't feel like you have too. That was it for today :)

"Eat me"

Miranda was furious. It was bad enough she had just lost a case, but now she was being harassed by a sandwich?!

Miranda: This sandwich out front is saying sexually explicit things to women as they walk by.

Sub shop manager: What did he say?

Miranda: "Eat me"

Manager: Yeah, he’s a sandwich.

Miranda: No, he didn’t say it in a sandwich way. He said it in a sexual harassing way.

Manager: Lady, he’s a sandwich.

A few days later...

Miranda: I can't stop thinking about him!

Carrie: You're telling me you're turned on by a sandwich?

Miranda: Well, I think it's the fact that I can't see him, it's dangerous or something...

Carrie: I think that is one fresh sandwich.

Miranda: His voice is so sexy but he is probably a troll. I mean any man who propositions a woman from inside a sandwich has to be a troll, right?

Carrie: Ahah, I don't know... I think that's the first love I've heard of in weeks. Thank the sandwich when you're having sex with him, uh...!

Miranda: I can't have sex with a sandwich!... can I?

A week of fantasising hot sex with the unknown man inside the sandwich had gotten to Miranda. Safe or not, she needed to see who it was she was dealing with.

Miranda: Hi! Look, this is so silly.

Sandwich: Eat me.

Miranda: Let me at least see your face.

Even though he was kind of cute, Miranda walked away. After all, what did they really have in common? She was a lawyer and he was a sandwich.

Roadtrips

It's Monday the 14th today and although Christmas is not behind yet, I'm already excited about going to the Orkney's and Shetlands Islands with the girls in January! It's gonna be just awesome!

Cookies in the car, me singing like I'm on stage performing, Marte complaining, Marte laughing, conversations that last longer than they should, Tom Tom, more cookies, one or two failed attempts to crash ourselves and "oh joy": the boat! We haven't experienced that yet but I am positive it's going to be eventful.

I'm expecting snow storms, giant puddles, wet clothes, wet dog smell- there will be no dog around by the way, warm hostel (hopefully), crappy shower, soup!, laughs, other too long conversations, wine, local pubs. Lost ones. With only old men. And big long walks with the cold iced wind trying to defeat us and at the end magic landscapes.

Honestly, what is there not to look forward to?

I review

These last couple of days have been rather boring. Lying in bed with a flu is not what I would call a very entertaining experience.

I used to think you could never get bored with a laptop between your hands. Its seems like I was wrong. When you run out of notifications on Facebook, your friends are gone to work/uni/the pub, you have no one to chat to anymore. So then comes the wise idea of downloading some movies, ey?! Well, I did.

Here is the best and the worst of my movie marathon:

I started with "Coco before Chanel" which I had been wanting to see for ages. It was as good as expected. Audrey Tautou is great and Alessandro Nivola is almost as good looking as the french guy in the library so just to check how that is possible, watch it! ;)

Being sick is always a good occasion for watching classic movies everybody has already seen apart from you. So good old "Lost in Translation" seemed like a good choice. Can't decide if it's good or bad. I absolutely adore Scarlett Johansson so an hour and a half was never enough. Oh, and you don't need my opinion on this one because: A. You already have one, since you have seen it and B. If I were not to like it I would be thrown tomatoes at so... let's not even go there.

You know how "3" is not such a good number? Well, the third movie was... shite. "Love happens". I should have known just by the title...

I had to recover from the previous most useless hour and a half wasted on a movie. Oh no, wait. "Away we go" a few weeks ago was probably the most useless. Anywho, Bridget saved me once again! Daniel Clever maybe more than Bridget actually. But never mind. My point is: nothing beats a good old "Bridget Jones' Diary".

Rom com was the spirit so I went looking for the ones that scored the best in the box office lately. "The ugly truth" was in it. Nice movie people!

I was still nostalgic of Bridget so Renée saved me. AGAIN! "New in town" was funny and entertaining. Nice movie (again I wouldn't say good).

I think I've had enough movies for two days. So today I'll try show my Raccoony nose to the outside world.

Jeg ikke elsker deg

I find it always more fun to talk about things I don't like. Agreeing is boooring. Disagreeing on the other hand opens the dialogue.
So here are a few things I do not approve of:

  • The Bodyshop - this thing I have got against The Body shop, I was born with it. My dislike has absolutely NOTHING to do with the testings on animals (I didn't even know they used to!) I just don't like this shop.

  • Guys who carry their life in the back pocket of their jeans i.e : wallet, keys, phone, bottle of water, and so on.

  • Guys who have a man purse. Oh, I see you coming... "So how are we supposed to do without putting stuff in our jeans' pockets and without a purse?" Well, you figure it out!!!

  • People who get excited about Christmas before it is Christmas. Christmas should only be talked about from the 15th of December I reckon.

  • The Eurovision. Actually, I maybe should have placed that first. It is a disgrace. No more space to be wasted on this subject. Moving on...

  • People (girls and boys) who pose in pictures with a gesture that connotes oral sex. Go shag someone, stop sticking your tongue in between your two fingers.

  • Guys who wear sweatpants 7 days a week, 365 days a week. Does Levis Strauss ring a bell?

  • People who play music out loud on their phone.

  • Girls who wear heels on a Sunday.

  • Lady GaGa.

That was the top ten.

First Time

Here I am, starting a blog. I may be bored to death or -let's be honest- just seeking some attention.

Anyway, it is Saturday night. There are two things I should probably be better off doing. Either working or celebrate my friend's 25th birthday. Instead I'm just playing geeky, writing a blog whose life expectancy I don't know of, and waiting for my body to heal from a flu, a cold or whatever it is I caught last Thursday right before my last exam.

Right, it wasn't that bad of a start really.
